sorry for being thick i am on a 25 hour contract and regularly do overtime,am i due anything? :Very Happy

Only if it is SA,it's not for normal docket.

Docket is unscheduled overtime as in busy days and the lineo asks you to an extra row after yours and pays you extra for doing it, but not absorption when everyone, or those delegated take a some.

Scheduled attendance is when you sign a contract to do extra to your own duty at the times specified and on a continuous basis. For instance a collection duty of 2 hours every Friday, that is not in your normal duty, would attract SA if you have signed a contract, and in some if not all cases, if there is a local agreement to do so.
