Eager not to finish delivery early or go home even a minute over my time, how long do I have after parking van up to going home ? I haven`t seen a 318 in years.

If its anything like the drivers at our depot you can park up usually about an hour before your finishing time and then complain that you have too much work on your duty! :shock:

We get 15 mins,van check,unloading ect.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Why would I want a kip and not get caught ? I`ve done my days work and its time for home - if your telemetry says you have time for a kip you could absorb some more work ( all year round ) and save others from getting stitched up. To return to my query- if I park up 15 minutes from finish every day then my duty time is full and revisioners can stick it ( kippers and early finishers look out ).

pouch off ye jokin arnt ye our office closes at 230 and it is not down to stay open until 8 pm etc it is only a small office .
can you imagine everybody finishin a different times comin back with all loose mail what you got to remember you will have no parcels and tracked because they will be done by ye van share in the mornin when your throwin the 2 walks in and d2d,
al be takin my van home ie no room in carpark . you could just drop ye loose mail and mizzys of at a TSO (postoffice)after you drop ye partner off :shock:
