womens trousers

now im a big size (22 for trousers) i ordered a pair but find they just dont fit. the leg part does but the waistline was just way too small! would have fitted a size 14!!
anyone else find this? i know maybe im not all in proportion lol cant they just make the waistline a bit bigger and stretchier?

i have to buy my trousers myself from a catalogue.

I have the opposite problem (but not with women's trousers, natch) as they fit me in the waist but the legs are far too roomy, so on a windy day they look like a ginormous pair of pantaloons.

I don't know who they modelled the womens trousers on but they were'nt human. I have to order 2 sizes bigger just so they fit at the waist. I hope the new uniform does'nt have the same measurements.

Oddly enough they fit me around the calf area, but the job has given me thigh muscles that an Ethiopian long distance runner would be proud of.

New uniform is to be rolled out when an office gets it's revision

The mens trousers are really baggy like Chaplin's, mind you it helps with hoop problems this time of year

I'm a 14 but order size 18 trousers. Never wear them as trousers mind, always cut the legs off and they make great shorts (Mums are very good at this)

the womens trousers are awful - I ordered the size I would be in normal ladies trousers - size 10, couldn't get my calf into the leg of them because they are so tapered. I thought I'll order the next size up, only to be able to get it over my calf but stuck around the knee.

Gave up and now wearing the guys ones, though even with them started out in a size 30 and find the legs are really wide, so replaced with 28 and find they are quite tight.

Maybe the new uniform will fit.

Talking of trousers though, what about the blouses? sizes seem to be tent like - a 10 still swamps me

I go for the mens in a 16 collar as the lady blouses look like something a darts player would wear
