As the title suggests d2d that should have come in last saturday for delivery this week arrived today "SPECIAL DELIVERY" can anyone explain what should happen to it (other than binning it )

This is where the fun starts:
1/6th per day I guess as per the agreement...or were they to be delivered today? in which case additional prep and 100% call rate doesnt give you much scope to prep and deliver the live mail... I'm sure your DIM will have all the answers. Problem would appear to be there's, or thats the message your rep should be passing on
