i am having my walk thrown out ,so i can lapse and complete my delivery (total delivery time 4 hours ) is there any limit now to the time your out delivering.

I'm sure there will be plenty of arguments on this what with the new agreement we've just got,but,i would say it's STILL 3:30hrs until you have got your new delivery methods,CDV's trolleys ect

Part of this agreement is to take the weight off of us and this 'could' mean longer del spans.But that is WHEN/AFTER you have had your new revisions,NOT NOW!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

its 3.5 hours unless you have had a walk sequenced revision and the new tools for the job ie vans or trolleys

Do you have to inform your line manager if you think you are going to need scraping off the pavement? Is there a form for that?

RM managers usually think they can scrape you off their shoes, not the pavement.

I am very confused because i dont piss about with my honesty if i know that my duty on the day is too heavy
then i use the normal protocols of approaching management and stating the case with mildness
why do they react with intimidation why? where is our support dont please quote local rep. :confused
