seems weird (yes i know most of the deal is) that some staff will be working 40 hour weeks and others 39 for the same wage?

It will be 'weird' over the next 3 years,as some will have it soonish and others in 2013.Mine will be in 2011.

Shorter Working Week
To be implemented in all Delivery Units in line with the Walk Sequencing revision.
