Spinless Managers

naturally every unit is the same, a postman/women decides to improve there wage structure by becoming a manager/supervisor, which in someway I have no problem. However how come as soon as they take this drastic approuch there spine and brain become detatched from there being and automatically become "yes men/women" they don't question anything anymore, even though when they are barking new "resonable instructions" which they know dam well they are as idiotic as Icarus flying to close to the sun but do not challange these demands from there managers. They constantly moan regarding these demands to inforce this as a resonable instruction and would not hesitate to inform there new best friend "The DOM" of such refusal by blue shirts if shared through out the unit.

Wolfie, the only way managers are able to move up is by forgetting they have a pair, and yes sir no sir to the fella above em,
