royal mail's solicitors letter

just recieved a letter from the royal mail's solicitors regarding my tribunal. i haven't got my appeal decision yet. does that mean my dismissal hasn't been overturned?

Not necessary, as once you submit your Employment Tribunal Form , Royal Mail have to issue what used to be known as their IT3 form which is basically a standard refusal to accept your dismissal was unfair. It should have no bearing on your appeal.

Yep standard letter just advising you that they are dealing with the matter on RMs behalf and providing you with a reference to quote if you need to contact them.

Basically a paper exercise, that as Dingo says has no effect on your appeal or the tribunal itself.
