Why are area and div reps ignoring local reps

Why when our local rep contacts area and div reps about our manager pressing ahead with office revision/bullying and harrasing staff forcing people to do overtime making it impossible for them to say no....that his area & div reps do nothing at all ignore the issue while the members in our office suffer dissagreements put in still no back up our dum is doing whatever he wants with nobody to answer to pushing ahead with exec action ..........

No! Really! What a complete shock, what you are basically saying is that once they get full time release it becomes too much of a chore to actually deal with the lower ranks and so the path of least resistance is to ignore it, pretend everything is OK, that there is a new enfolding agreement in which both parties are in complete agreement and that there are no problems; well I am surprised.

because they are subservant,he who pays the piper calls the tune.or else sanctions,they are on release coz rm want them on release,if they dont play ball .release cancelled,back to work,and rm press on with b/h budgets,toothless tigers in hiding
