Buying Holidays

Ive had my 3 weeks ''summer'' holidays ( In March/April )

is there any chance of buying more holiday time or whatever it the procedure is, if there is one?

Im not in a year and sick leave is still unpaid I assume so dont know what the script is with holidays ( not that I'd throw a sicky :P )

Bad news, cut off date to apply for buying annual leave was end of february

Pity RM can't be arsed to buy back holidays if people want to sell them.

Firstly it may be worth checking with your DOM or who ever does the A/L leave how much leave you have left, Your leave in March may have been in the previous leave period (ie 2009-2010). If you need more leave than what you are entiled to (4 weeks,3 Days) then you can apply for unpaid leave (aka special leave C), the earlier you apply the more likely you are to get it
If you want to purchase additional leave (you can up your leave upto 6 weeks) for the next finanicial year ask your DOM for a form so it can sent to HR services
Avoid taking sickies as that method can easily backfire and be a shortcut to the dole queue
