Apparently you have to send the details of the stage 1 & 2 to the manager who was dealing with the stage 2 and THEN he would send them of to Rugby....

Stage 3 grievance
Anyone here ever been to this stage??
Apparently you have to send the details of the stage 1 & 2 to the manager who was dealing with the stage 2 and THEN he would send them of to Rugby....

are you allowed to say what the grievance is? (in a third person sense)
remember, you can take RM/your boss to an employment tribunal - but you need to get the application in within certain timescales (usually 3 months)
