Seems as though nothing has changed at my delivery office since the new agreement, in fact it's getting worse. Manager came around spouting off about how the I.B's were in the local area, and that we needed to lock our vans and make sure mail is out of view. This is all true but upon informing him that corners are cut just to get around our rural duties done he told us how we should all be professional, and that the days of postman pat were over. I then informed him that I just cannot complete my rural without going over my duty time. My job has been tested and found to be between 20 mins and 25mins too big on an average day, this was over 14 months ago. Manager then informed me that if I can't cope to give the job to somebody else!
I then said In future I would be cutting off if overtime would not get paid. He then said that come monday I would be on another duty and that my rural would be given to somebody who was 'capable' of doing my duty!
I am sick and tired of their lies but just don't know how to go about it, can a manager remove me for being his words 'incapable'.

He must be under pressure, to dictate such rubbish.
Its pointless giving an explanation, just wait, when they start cutting management posts, which will happen

They stopped me a couple of days ago in the street, said he'd been watching me for a while and everything was ok, be careful they're out to get us.

Pretty sure they can only move you for operational needs, ie if someone goes sick and you know their duty etc. If they move you then say such and such can do your duty in time then I'd be asking him for a grievance form.
