This week and previous week I've had NO d2d's on my frame.

Manager just looked a bit confused and told me to "take a few from some other frames"

So I took 2 d2d's out this week, grabbed from a couple of other walks, on nearby frames....

Is this right? Thinking about it I should have just not taken any, as none were specifically earmarked for my walk. Manager obviously didn't want to see me going out without d2d....

Your manager must be a bit thick.
If you haven't got any D2D contracts then you haven't got any D2D.That isn't rocket science.
If you start taking D2D from other frames, then they probably won't have enough to fulfil the contracts that have been booked and paid for.
How is RM going to drive the performance up to 100% if managers suggest we deliver D2D contracts to the wrong places?

Got to be a wind up ? Somebody in RM actually wants to do D2DS . All in my office have taken a pay cut ! Losing between £ 18 a week ! To do 3 D2DS !!!!!!

No, no I don't want to do d2d's.

I just kind of checked with manager just after his chat about the new methods, 1/6 a day etc, and he said that no, there was no way I didn't have d2d's, there must have been a mistake, and so I should take some from another frame.

Will keep quiet next time. But then he'll try and pull me for wilful delay cos there'll be some arseh0le of a colleague will go and report that I've not been prepping and delivering d2d.

When you DO have D2Ds are you issued with a control sheet?

I've had a control sheet both weeks since new system in place...

our sheets are blank, we fill in duty times, d2d contracts, and which part delivered.....

So i grabbed a supermarket d2d, and a double glazing d2d, cos a lot of my neighbouring duties had these 2, and put them in as the contracts....

So both weeks I've had a control sheet, but no d2d's.

Mailmonkey.....you must be a new starter, wind up merchant or have one hell of a small walk to go looking for work. If you aint got it ......you cant deliver it If its a light day, do you go and pinch a street off another walk ? just to keep yourself occupied?

How can you get done for wilful delay if you have none

Your office should have a display sheet for everyone to see how many d2d,s each delivery has that week, this should be on a notice board on the monday, that way no-one cannot know if they should have 1-2-4 d2d etc. Quite simple really so ask Dim to have one printed off as each office will be able to provide them, at least we do
