hi all just a quick one how long have rm got to start a stage one proceeder as i have been back at work for 3 weeks now and not even had a letter about it and i was off for 12 weeks or so after a accident at work.( which surprise surprise the manager said i was to blame )

Has the accident been investigated?
Also,loads of topics on the time thing,they seem to be taking the piss with the stage warnings letter.
Anything over 1 week i would demand for it to be back dated when/if/you know you're going to get it/ they issue it.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
