Some of us r goin into work on time doing the job properly which has seen summer lapsing bein put on hold until a new solution can be found, however the thing thats annoying me is that with me and a small number of other colleagues who are not using our cars and coming in on time etc (doing the job correctly) we are then working to our time every day if not later on some occassions, however the speedy runners in their cars are flying out the door also benefitting from the lapsing being collapsed because a few of us are doing it right.... to make matters worse the liars are writing on the sheets the next day that they are out to their times which me being a reserve, know that this aint possible whilst using a car as they are definatel making quite a bit, should i tell the manager to sicken these rats????????

if you are doing the job properly as you say then how can you"finish on time OR LATER SOMETIMES".surely if you do the job properly as you say then you should finish on time EVERY TIME.

Im sure the manager knows...they are"nt that stupid....................are they???? Anyway just do your own job as you are doing now, and dont worry about anyone else.Dont get wound up about it , its not worth it..

later sometimes means being pressured into doin overtime wen u don't want to cos bullying management try n use the, "ur indoor performance isn't ip to scratch" bullshit wen u r trying ur best, n threaten u with letters etc etc

That's worse than using a car or being an earlier starter. Bowing to thier pressure just means they will continue to push it. Stand up for yourself and cut off. That's the one thing that pushes management back, because they could end up getting lumbered with your cut offs they tend to think about it a bit more before they pile it on you!
