It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Van Share!.
That would be the guidelines that have two people van sharing with DIFFERENT finishing times. For exampledingo wrote:Yes the guidelines have been agreed and should be out there.
Postman 1) Finish time at 2PM (25 Hr Contract)
Postman 2) Finish time at 2.45PM (40Hr Contract)
BOTH doing the same rounds together. Can you explain how that works dingo?
Shambles Royal Mail/CWU!
No thought has gone in to this at all, zero.... Its people behind desks that have never posted a letter, or stopped ten years ago that come up with this tosh and inflict it on hard working people.
Keep pushing your pens and getting rich off our subs! I have brought this up at national level, my response?

Are we talking CDV here or is van share something entirely different. If it is the former then:POSTMAN wrote:Can someone post the guidelines up.Suprised we haven't got them on here.
