How do I create a poll?
When posting a new topic or editing the first post of a topic, click the “Poll creation” tab below the main posting form; if you cannot see this, you do not have appropriate permissions to create polls. Enter a title and at least two options in the appropriate fields, making sure each option is on a separate line in the textarea. You can also set the number of options users may select during voting under “Options per user”, a time limit in days for the poll (0 for infinite duration) and lastly the option to allow users to amend their votes. - that's what we're told, but can any of us create a poll, because I can't see a 'Poll Creation' tab anywhere ?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Public Domain for a News Story is fine as is a link to a website that shows a Postie who works as a councillor. But linking that site to an individual member of RMC and therefore linking any contentious posts to an identified individual that is problematic and possible leaves RMC open to litigation.
So although the decision may be borderline and I understand you may not agree with me, in this case I prefer to err on the side of caution.
However, if Bitchface wants to identify their real life persona then thats fine, however, its probably not a good political move TBH.
