UNDER MODERNISATION,I THOUGHT THE R MAIL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING WEIGHT OFF OUR BACKS NOT PUTTING MORE ON US! THE D TO DOOR SHOULD HAVE STARTED WHEN THE 2 IN A VAN THING CAME IN! IVE HAD 4 D TO D OOR 2 WEEKS RUNNING AND REALLY STRUGGLED WITH THE WEIGHT. ALSO AS A FLOATER IM STRUGGLING TO PREP THE DOOR TO DOORS ON A DAILY BASIS AS 70 PERCENT OF OUR OFFICE COME IN EARLY AND FLAP! SO THE MANAGEMENT THINK OH GREAT EVERYONES MANAGING FINE! IM GOING BACK ON STRIKE ,ON MY OWN!!

Make up more pouches....just worry about your own job and not everyone elses...

Dont put the weight on your back if you can't fit all the work in the leave it behind or if you have managers with rose tinted glasses then take it out and bring it back,we have the same problem in ours the part time staff have not got the time in the duty to do all the work so they are trying to force them into doing o/t to compleat the duty so in real terms they are working full time it's just that when they are on leave or sick then they just get part time money what a saving for RM.

Spoodoo! Chill! Do what they say, do your own job and take no notice of anyone else. First thing I do when I get to my frame is throw off my d2d, then and only then do I start on the mail etc.............if I'm not prepped by meal relief then tough! I just carry on afterwards and if that means the rest of my van is waiting SO WHAT?!

Once you realise that there is nothing the management can do if you're doing your job properly you will relax and might even find yourself enjoying the job once you leave the office. And never, ever, EVER take any bags out over 16kgs. Mind your matrix and stick to it like glue

I actually carry less d2d's per bag than i used to.

Would usually hammer them on a Monday take them to every address I hit + all houses with no gates.

Now I take 30-40 per bag per day which is nothing really.

WEVE BIN TOLD DO A FIFTH EACH DAY NONE ON A SATURDAY .ROUGHLY IM TAKING SAY 140 DOOR TO DOORS DAILY ,WHICH IS SAY THREE QUARTERS OF A ROW A DAY. HAD 4 THE LAST CPL WEEKS WHICH MADE EVEN A BUNDLE OF 20 HEAVY ,IMAGINE WHEN WE GET 5 OR 6 ALL DIFFERENT SIZES SHAPES! WE ONCE GOT LADYS YOU KNOW WHATS TO DELIVER YEARS AGO WDNT RULE THAT OUT AGAIN LOL GONNA JUST CHILL AND IF IVE NO TIME TO PREP HOUSEHOLDS SO BE IT.
