schedule attendance

help i move into a new office 2 years and was told that i couldnt go on to the schedule attendance unless someone came off it. i was always under the impression that schedule over time was to be shared and not kept to the chosen few am i right or wrong plz help my i add been in the job 22 years

National Guidelines dictate that a maximum of 12 hours is determined as the norm'. Outside of this S.A should be allocated on a fair and equitable basis. Is anyone in your office receiving more than this? Is there a local agreement in place?
Talk to your union rep/manager regarding fair allocation of overtime.
