Handbacks on Saturdays
On Saturday there was me and a colleague sitting sorting an extreme amount of letters in ips, one other guy on packets and one other guy doin large flats so that's 4 in total, usually u wud have between 7 n 9 sorters, so it stands to reason that it was gonna take much longer in ips plus the high mail volume..... I ran my boss thru the 3.1 n he told me to leave the mail I thought I wouldn't b able to complete which was almost half the walk. The other guy sortin letters, like me uses public transport, however the other two guys use their cars so to my knowledge would probably have completed. On Monday I will probly get more harrassment from the Dom, n I'm getting totally fed up with this unfair treatment for doin the job properly, wot shud I do???

carry on doing the job properly suggest that under utilised staff ie car users take some off you to take them to their full hours
or try and improve your own performance

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I would say fairplay to you gone.same things happening all over.the car using guys will eventually end up doing more work than you tho.i would say bring on the lapse for the car users ,they are good value for it !! more lapsey for calpsey as was said in another post on here.thats became the saying in our office
