ESOS what is it?
can anyone tell me what ESOS is as no-one in our office has a clue.the£8 supplement and £75 bonus is from this now defunct bonus scheme but we never had a bonus from it.
who the hell invests £2 billion into a servic and makes it worse?????????????

Rumour has it the £75 is an overpayment (in delivery land at least) spend at your peril as it's apparently getting recovered in two lumps out of the next two week's pay!

ESOS was a share scheme set up for having a share of the mail centre closures and therefore does not result in delivery staff getting a share. In the same way as mail centre staff did not get a share of door to door.
