£20.07 supplement

Is what was on my wage slip.

Thought it was meant to be £20.60p?

Wheres my 53p gone? I 'buy' 6 days extra holiday but why would this make a difference?

Did you get ESA+supplement?

I think the pensionabilty element is showing as ESA

It has been agreed to cease and incorporate the total value of these payments (£52m Door to Door, and £40m delivery early shift allowance and grandfather rights) into a new permanent (non-pensionable) supplement to basic pay.

Individuals in receipt of pensionable allowances incorporated into this payment will retain full pensionability of those elements on a reserved rights basis.

The payslip IMHO is showing the the supplement split into two.

asked a couple of lads at our office, and theres no esa on their payslips either, seems its been incorporated into the 20.60 d/s, so i cant see why anybody will still have esa anywhere on their payslips.

My ESA (pens) is 4.74

Supplement is 10.56, the two added together is 15.30 which taking in to account AL purchase seems correct.

not diputing what you are saying mate, but does it actually say esa on ya payslip? also, i wouldve thought any purchased annual leave would be taken from your basic pay not your d/s.

I think somebody did say somewhere on here that the supplement would be reduced if you buy extra annual leave.

Not ESA 1 or 2 but the dawn shift allowance is still payable...i think that is those who start/started between 2am and 4am.
Certainly no ESA for me this week and i start at 0500.
