2010 agreement......meeting

I understand that there is a meeting at Stevenage today with Royal Mail & UCW reps,form mail centers as well as delivery offices,is the meeting about mail center mergers & delivery office mergers or just a general meeting for both parties.

Could be about transforming relationships as the neighbouring branch has had that.
