I keep getting taken into the office to be asked why I keep intimidating the managers :shock: :nervous :nervous

I once saw two managers work on a young cadet until he broke down in tears and they walked away laughing. I could have killed em :evil/mad

Its better now in my office but i still read things on here which make my blood boil :sad:
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Rather than kill them brother, didn't you think to challenge their inappropriate behaviour and treatment of a junior employee?

In our office currently there are over 50 seperate individual cases of bullying and harrassment by our Dom on delivery staff. Our rep has almost a hundred signatures from witnesses of this bullying by our dom...... however do i expect anything to be done... not a f...in hope.. :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:
Im a realist, my best hope strange as it sounds is that he gets a promotion to area manager. Least he's not in my face every single day. This is the best case scenario :d'oh!
