can anyone tell me the union's take on one postie with too much calls to be crammed in to a one' MAX' sized R2000 frame to simply have another frame close by to take the overflow from frame number one!!!!
At the moment the frame has quite a few addresses that are doubled up into one 20mill slot and with the new d2d agreement postie has to fit double the amount of d2d into one slot including the live mail...not practical whatsoever .
Is this the norm in other offices or is there agreements on this practice.
the last DOM tried bolting wings to the first 'MAX' frame but H&S stopped that. the dom has done sod all with the frames for weeks now the d2d agreement is here hes scratching his head!!!

What about getting a circular frame with a revolving seat in the middle so you could spin round sorting your letters at the same time. If you could get your manager to insert the handle of a brush up your bottom,you could sweep the surrounding area at the same time!
The frame should only be 4 rows deep. The top row can only be used for packets etc but not a prepped row.

How do they measure prep rates?
how do you you get all the mail into a 'HCT'?

I don't use a HCT, I use a van, it's the only way to fit in the amount of mail
BTW I've used a HCT for a delivery and everything didn't even fit in (the frame wasn't even a full frame).
