questions 1 when do we get weight off shoulder via cdv,s ?
2 when do we get time to put in d2ds all getting done on ot in ours?
3 39 hour week ?
4 1 in 4 sats looked at no chance in ours ?
remind me were acas not supposed to oversee changes
we have no work groups involved with changes only unit rep and mgmt
staff get no input only dictation from mgmnt through letters?

Are you surprised? Agreements are only accepted by management because they get thier jollies by completely ignoring them. Scary thing is this time they have already got everything they wanted thanks to our wonderful union... didn't think there was anything left for them to railroad but they are finding stuff

got told only 1 job will have time built in for preppin d to d! as a floater ive no chance ,3 of my 5 jobs always last out cause of wrong sorting time and amount of mail. They havent a clue,we do the jobs ,so we know ,not the bosses who just spout figures! 4 households ,and what a weight the bag was! cheers for youre health concerns and to all the numptys who voted (sorry colleagues) for this !!!!!!!!!!grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr weve gotta prep and take out households every bloody day great stuff! sick of the yellow bellied workmates ,,,
