I all i was just wondering when the 39hr week starts, as nobody has said anything in my office. And we are now on the d2d thing. and getting another new boss next week. 1 every 3 months here.

can you tell me why it was part of the same pay agreement as the d2ds etc but it doesnt kick in till rm decide to give you it and pts dont lose an hour ? so we will be working an extra hour a week until hell freezes over , will this be back dated ? emm not, dont you think this should have been explained in more detail by the top knobs of the cwu before people voted ?

Because thats what the CWU negotiated and the majority voting accepted (I was a No) You'll have to ask Dave Ward or Billy Hayes why they accepted it not me.

No - But they get an extra 2.5% rise at the time FT lose an hour.

Yes the CWU did not send all members a copy of the deal which was wrong, however it was available on here and all of the things you posted about above are in the agreement.

discussed or implemented, If we have the weekly huddle do you think I should mention it, though I think I am making a bad name for myself as I keep on haveing a go at the dim dom

The pay rise is for PTs is when FTs go to 39 hours after a WS Revision - (as per agreement, and mentioned in my post replying to yours)

Yes the 39 Hours and D2Ds are DIFFERENT PARTS of the same agreement and they only kick in when qualifying conditions are met. As the D2Ds into workload is a national matter it has no effect on the 39 hours/2.5% pay rise part of the agreement. That has local conditions attached (in that it happens when your unit undergoes a Walk Sequencing Revision) so it won't happen at the same time.

we have had both

+ AFAIK no walk sequencing revisions have happened as the input details and data sets have not been agreed with the CWU and the workshops are happening or about to happen.

You may have been a trial WSM office and indeed might have had a revision but as I understand it you have not had the WSM Revision
