D2D + Working Day Off

Due to work my day off later this week.

Told d2ds have to go in but the duty sheet lists Mon to Fri so 1/5th has to be prepped.

The agreement says 1/6th so can i be done for prepping 1/6th and not the 1/5th the managers have stated?

Theres no interim local agreement as we dont have a rep.

d2d is 1/6 per day mate . tell DOM tostick it if hes not happy :arrrghhh

Tbf pick,it's only 4% extra.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I have. Manager said the duty holder and the floater so i have to abide by this so called 'interim local agreement'.

Surely this is bollix?

It doesnt make any difference 'cause Ive already told him im going home if they ask me to lapse (which they will)
