The employers should take a large slice of the blame as should the government!
The introduction of the minimum wage has given the employer the opportunity to reduce their wage bill at the cost of the British worker!

Still we are not quiet as bad as the USA where apparently 1 union rep is being charged with aiding and abetting illegal immigrants working in the USA.
