Colleague Share payment end of june ?

Don`t all shout at me ....i know R/M have re-packaged the scheme, but our rep has recieved paperwork confirming a payment at the end of june ?(£400),
Now, i could`nt find it on here but i`m sure someone else mentioned a payment at the end of june as well ...anyone else aware of this ?

This will be for monthly paid employees as we got ours in advance

It might be those who who are now entitled to full whack , start date influenced how much of the 400 was paid out. But agreement said 400 for all so RML has agreed to pay 400 to all FT who did not originally get the full whack.

That was paid out a couple of weeks ago BD,well was in my area anyway

Every RM employee in post in 2007 was included in the ColleagueShare scheme, irrespective of their grade. That also included managers, I'm afraid.

All of us weekly-paid staff had the £400 as a 'bung' to ratify the deal. All this June payment does is give the same amount to salaried staff (who didn't get the £400 at that time we all got ours).

Confirmed from counters. £400 per full timer, pro rata for part timers. Was paid in May salaries.

targets have been achieved,which triggers another £400 payment so we have heard,hopefully this is true

Frustrating as it is,that is why RMC is here.

Again,thanks to those who give out much needed info to our colleagues.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
