d2d with lapsing

we are still doing lapsing in my office we laps 2 duty most days. where does it say in the agreement we dont do lapsing?

It might depend on each individual DOM and how each office is run, think the agreement says it would be put off for 2 weeks till we got the the new D2D system up and running, but our DOM never mentioned the 2 week thing so here's hopeing

Lazyjack the CWU wanted RML to hold off on asorbing for 2 weeks but RML said no.

This came about due to the lateness of the guidelines for DTD into workload being finalised and released, CWU wanted more time for reps to get agreements set up with DOMs.

Its not part of the agreement we voted on.

CWU support absorbing of DTD into Workload as part of the interim period rather than extra hours, but only when there is proof that no extra hours are needed.

how come your not doing lapsing i thought the 2007 agreement was implemented in the new one so there for we still do lapsing but if you know something i dont please tell

I,m just saying what we were told at the meeting we had with our DOM,He told us that the 2 duties we lapsed would now be used as training duties for part-timers coming in, who are we to argue?

I would say if you have someone dedicated to prepping lapsed duty then they should be prepping min 16.66% a day d2d.

Which would mean not everybody would be doing d2d on lapsed duty everyday.

But as long as people do same bit everyday everyone will share out d2d also

Our office hasn't lapsed any walk since the implementation of Executive Action on Aprill 13th 2009.

lapsed today (tuesdays usually the onlly day we do)didnt have to take d2ds on ,the floater who was due to cover this walk thrown in callers office as they were short staffed(he doesnt hold floating duty)
