We was a collection hub working for distribution but recentley we come under deliveries now. So hoping as we work under the roof and are controlled by the delivery manager we willl get the 20.60. Even though we do no delivery work, could see do men been upset if we got it though.

and theres the craziness of the 'deal'
my old duty meant that with this deal i would be over £10 a week worse of on D2D payment(3 items)
now you get more D2D's yet the guys not doing any get extra money

It's started, finished my schedule tonight, talking to the guy who dishes out the D2D leaflets, he reckons some walks in our office have got four for next week instead of the normal three.

Seems as though RM are implementing this agreement as and how they want to, we were under the impression that the walks all had to be timed and ratified first !!

Yep 4 next week and 5 the week after dim showed us the confirmation this morning, thought this wasn't going to happen until a revision had been put in place and hours adjusted to accomodate the extra workload.

However i rarely work 22.5 hours and from what I read in courier on letters page, the MD says it pro rata hours worked.

If i work 40 hours on OT will I get the full payment?

You're talking about the £400.00 blood money for the agreement going through,that was averaged out of hrs worked.

As dropbag said,it's a no.The supplement is defo pro rata.
