do you realize the only way to get 1 in 4 saturdays is by walk collapsing the union never said that ? the only thing rm are rushing in what suits them , so i wouldnt bank on it.

When you think of the 3 absolutely shyte Saturdays you'll have before, and the 3 absolutely shyte Saturdays you'll have after, your one measly Saturday off, will you still be falling over yourself in the rush to get it in?

our office are saying it won`t happen,when i pushed my rep he showed me a few alternatives all of which make it a certain non starter. even longer saturdays,loss of sa`s and so on, it just seems they don`t want to let the few of us that want it to have it :crazy:

There are going to be circumstances whereby an element of staff are going to be able to take advantage of the system in each office BUT I seriously doubt there are going to be any circumstances in which everyone is going to be able to enjoy a 1 in 4.
