so as we go into work tomorrow and as the cwu proudly told us that "d2d is now put into workload" what has changed.in our office there has been no revisions,are we now just expected to get on with it,nothings has changed except the money you are losing everyweek.and dont believe the shite that rm where going to turn the product off what a load of s**t.

Absolutely sod all change in our office. D2D not mentioned till friday and very briefly. We are going to get stitched up big time with this. Try saying you need more time to prep and you'll be threatened with either being taken off your duty or the conduct code. Said all along this is being rushed in too quickly, needed it to start after a full office revision when they can be included in your workload.

My dom said nothing has changed but he couldn't clarify who preps in the d2d for monday.

I think the lower contracts below 25hrs are going to be hit hardest when they come in on monday and realise that the d2d has not been sorted for them.

There is only one solution to solve this problem, do your fair share of d2d and cut off.

APPARENTLY MY OFFICE HAS VOTED TO DO 20% D2D A DAY mon - fri
have told them on my delivery i am going to do 1/6th as per the agreement
i have 750 calls and will loose out on this agreement so i am not doing any more than the agreement......sorry the stitch up sell out agreement says

I have 510 calls on my deep rural which is 13.5 miles from the office to my 1st call ,and 19 miles from my last call. I have 1.21hrs travelling time according to Pegasus and 4.30hrs delivery time & 40mins meal relief and 10mins van check........Pegasus says my delivery is 45mins over and i'm unable to complete everyday & cut-off or claim pressure overtime. I have even filled a grievance about the size of my delivery and asked a manager to come out and test my round on any day of the week. The answer was NO. The only way I could complete my delivery on time would be as follows :
1. Come in early for free.
2. Not prep D2D in frame and have box in van.
3. No vehicle checks.
4. Drive over speed limits.
5. No seat belt
6. Mail in front seat.
7. Jump over walls & stretch over walls to next door.
8. No meal relief (work through it)
9. Doorstep or leave parcels with anyone in street.
10. Hide mail when I cannot be arsed to go to far places.

Cannot wait until Monday to deliver my 85 a day D2D according to RM agreement cold call and all.......Even more cut-off than before........bring it on I say, I will be losing £8 a week on this deal anyway.
