Got a manager in our office who buddies up to the lads and ponces fags etc. The other day one of the postman punched another one. He put in an official complaint to the manager. Today he tells the victim he won't take any action against one of his leftennants who he sucks up to. The postie was fuming at the manager who was nearly in tears and stuck in a corner. ML3 ? WHAT A USELESS PIECE OF FURNITURE.

If there were witnesses get him to put in writing and go and see the union.This is gross misconduct usually resulting in a serious warning or sacking.As for the fact the manager has turned a blind eye he is as much responsible,but managers are never held accountable which really pisses me off.Tell him to take it all the way,I hate bullys there is no need for them in the workplace.All that should be left in the school playground.
