Change to standards agreement?

Ahead of D2D into workload Monday 7th June, we were informed that we will be tested more frequently on IPS.
We are told that we will be tested without being informed.
The last time I looked, the agreed standards were that we could only be tested for one minute, and that we had to be told that we would be tested.
Please could someone confirm that there has been no change to existing agreement and that the one minute test still applies.
Also, can we manage the D2Ds ourselves, or do we have to do one sixth per day maximum.

I believe that you have to do at least 1/6th per day. If you have done your 1/6th, you're legal

I've heard of people having a 20 minute IPS test and not a 1 minute test. I think the 1 minute tests applies to prep only.

Not sure but I don't think you can do anything about it anyway. You no longer have a specific duty and can be asked to do any work at all, even if that is sorting against the clock.
The plus point is that if you fail IPS the onus is on them to offer constructive suggestions to improve your ability and/or more training.

Also remember when sorting IPS in a test that you don't have to sort all items, if you don't know it put it to one side rather than look it up and pick up mail which looks like bulk mailings for firms. It vastly improves your average time.

A subject covered many times on here and the jist i get is that the IPS test is for 1 min only and that's it!
