Abuse of the conduct code.

Hi all,
I am looking for any sources, personal stories and any pointers to Royal mails misuse of the conduct code in sacking people.
Anything will do, IE reports from the CWU or press coverage, anything I can use to show the tribunal that the sort of dismissals like mine are now not uncommon within Royal mail.
So if you have any input please feel free to add it.
Remember though that I want to use this as some sort of evidence so probably best if individuals do not stick their necks out and give me too much personal information.
Also if I find anything myself I shall put it in this thread.
