Rotational day off
We have a rotational day off system at our office. However, next weeks rota went up this morning (Wednesday) and my day off has been changed without consultation with me. Rep asked why this was done and managers response was "We only need give 24hrs notice on board and we can do as we like" - Can they really get away with this? Some Knowledge on this would be appreciated?

Are you a reserve ziko.?
A reserve's day off often follows the duty they are allocated to.
If not tell them to shove it.
In fact tell them to shove it anyway,tell them you have a doctors appointment scheduled for your day off.
