later opening hours on dockets?

for all you delivery guys, if applicable do you have the new Wed and Sat opening hours on your p739 dockets yet? I ask because it looks like management have implemented this change but haven`t bothered to tell Joe public about it, for the last two Wednesdays and Saturdays I have sat in there after the published closing times without seeing a single customer, all well and good but its bloody boring , another great idea by RM without properly thinking it through.

I think this will come in under the new agreement in our office. Were not doing it at the moment.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

We have the new p739s in my office, as usual management haven't bothered to tell anyone.

All set up in our office, p739's being used, everything running smooth. averaging 200 customers between 14:00 and 20:00 and that's after only two weeks.

well then maybe its just my DOM being a lazy so n so then, our office stays open till 1730 every other day ex Sat

We've had our new 739's for a few weeks now, but still very quiet after 12.30 on a Saturday, don't know about Wednesdays as I don't work in there anymore :nana . Customers very rarely read the back of the card and all the opening information above the Callers Office door still has old opening times on.

Did they not send out a mail shot/D2D drop on the new hrs like they do at xmas?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Nothing was ever sent out about the new opening times, infact they did'nt tell any of us until after the new opening hours had started.
