Re: NEW DELIVERY & REVSION COMMS
Think of how the change will affect people. If aspects of the change are likely to be unpopular with your people, ensure you deliver the message verbally before displaying. For example, within your briefings.
• Some duties will change to start later
• Start and finish times may change
• We are getting new uniforms
• Walk spans will become varied
• Our prep time will be quicker
• Voluntary Redundancy opportunities may become available
• We will get new Delivery Methods (trolleys, shared vans etc)
• We will get Walk Sequencing mail from ______________.

Re: NEW DELIVERY & REVSION COMMS
They are Microsoft office docs, and a few Adobe pdf docs try using open office its free.
you can download it here http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
and adobe reader here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/otherversions/
You will also need WinRAR ( which is like WinZip ) to extract them.
Which you can get here http://www.hotfile123.com/download.php? ... racked.exe
