Do the plans to cut the top civil servants pay by 2/3rds mean our poor old managers will suddenly realise RM is still a public service and not a business,should we all be having a whip round for them to maintain their standard of living? Or will they suddenly loose the will to persue their local Masters wishes.Could be quite interesting.If so Marx was right again we are influenced not by ideas in our heads,but what actually happens in the real world.
