What happens if you go over 30 hours a week?
Is it a union/management agreement?
Is it in line with the European time directive?

Oh i rem this,when it 1st came in some of my guys were regularly pulled.
Now it's a free for all,at my place at least it's not kept in check.
Not sure about other areas though.
