Attendance call rate
Can someone tell me if this is measured as a percentage of calls or delivery points. Eg a walk has 500 DPs, I go to 400 of them and have to knock at 20. Is my attendance call rate 20/500=4% or 20/400=5%

Re: Attendance call rate
My understanding is the call rate is how many calls you go to on average per day, usually around 77-83% according to RM figures, by the wayPhilthyPhil wrote:Can someone tell me if this is measured as a percentage of calls or delivery points. this percentage will be used to calculate walk spans

Re: Attendance call rate
I understand what the call rate is, what I am unsure about is the attendance call rate ie. the number of houses which we have to knock at.

Re: Attendance call rate
It should be the percentage of your call rate which in your example is 400.

Re: Attendance call rate
The attendance rate is the % that you have to "knock on the door" ie pkts, recorded, specials etc. You need to keep on this as although RM is quickly telling us the call rate is dropping the amount of packets is going up

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
