None Sequenced revision ?

Am i right in thinking that , the none sequenced revision is when we stop getting paid for d2d and the £20.60 payments kick in? And does that mean the walks will be tweaked to compensate for the additional time added to prep the d2d ? And does that mean it will trigger the the next £200 payment? And also, does the sequenced revision mean we can have a repick and does that trigger the the second £200 payment? The dim in our office has nt got a clue, so before i embarass him i would like to get my facts right .Thanks

Yes and no.

Yes to all the things you said apart from "tweaking" duties.

Duties will be based on Car Derived Vans, High Capacity Trolleys, Park and Loops and NO bags on shoulders.

So not just tweaking, a total tear up of the entire office and your attendance patterns.

Its good that your gaffer knows little or nothing, it gives the Union rep carte blanche to take the urine.

Payslip due Thursday 10th June June will see the change over to supplement and will be your last DTD payment then as well for DTD delivered WC 31st May.

We've been told that we're NOT getting a non-sequenced revision, we just have to carry on as normal (forgot about the permanent lapsing ).

So, If no revision is taking place in your office, do you forfeit the bonuses?

Plenty in my D.O, if the mbrs want to claim they havent time then so be it thats fine, but they wont be able to tell the DOM sorry no time and then carry on making lots of time!!! The DOM will quite rightly expect to see them back at their finish time and not a couple of hours early. The whole idea of having to work all paid work hours is nightmare on elm street to the majority of mbrs at my D.O

The office revision will build them into workload, interim measures are needed untill then.

My first bag is usually rammed and I still get sh*t from the gaffer and the tw*t of a driver for throwing parcels out.

The same parcels which were still there today after I threw them out on Wednesday.

Its a RM fact drivers never have enough time to deliver all the oversize packets ,but somehow manage to do their overtime within their Duty time,
but the walking Postman always has plenty of time to do everything and are lazy so and so for throwing out small packets,even though the packet may be almost the size of a shoe box and he may have light buls and plants and lots of other packets and shed loads of mail,if he would only get his finger out!

I know 1 poor driver is so overworked they have to go through all 6 posties on their van packet bags before the Posties even get to them ,and the Driver decides what they will take if any thing!

People simply do not understand HOW HARD conveyance Drivers have it.
Before people start saying any thing ,how many drivers have ever gone back to walking Postmen out of choice ,none I KNOW OR HEARD OF ?

I do know one driver who by choice reverted to being a delivery postman.
After 3 years he is looking to go back to a driving duty in the next resign.
