50/50 Scheme

Post by Andy85 »

Does this still exist?
Reason im asking is in march we all got told that we were up on our savings by a fair bit and now our DOM has told us that the 50/50 shares ceased to exist on ratification of the new "Agreement", a term which i use losely.
So if anyone can shed any light on this it would be much appreaciated.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That stopped over a year ago. Typically we never got very much from it, and then when it all went to RM the office made approx £30,000 savings, which would have meant each of us would have received approx £300.
