£400 performance pay aka shares

hi folks

you know how we recently got the £400 agreement payoff aka (2010 and beyond),do we still get the £400 shares pay as a few peeps have mentioned it should have been due by the end of the month.in my office and no one seems to know a few people have said we wont because of this recent payment but obviously this was for the new agreement anyone shed any light on this.

No the £400 transformation payment replaced the £400 CS payout and obviously came earlier

Quote is from the 2010 Agreement.

£400 lump sum (previously final ColleagueShares dividend) paid to all employees upon ratification of agreement.

It still amazes me how many people who have voted yes to the agreement without actually reading it.

i was merely checking this fact for peeps which where confused by it.i told people this fact but some where still asking

god no ive known this from the start i was quite surprised that some folk actually phoned union to clarify this as some of these people have had 20yrs plus service and should have known really about being stiched up without even reading the agreement lol

Neither....the details were all in the agreement so really we shafted ourselves.
Yes both the union and Royal Mail were guilty of misinformation but when both parties are desperate for a Yes vote did you really expect anything else?
No-one has came out of this with much integrity..least of all those who voted to accept.
