"We did a georoute saying we had to lose 3 rounds, and the results ,even though we never di them ,were horrendous , I ended up taking all my round and HALF the round at the side of me !! Now were told its being re-done soon and we only lose 2 rounds as long as we lapse 3 rounds all year round Thats 5 rounds then isnt it "

Best thing you can do is see if you can download the Agreement that postman put up. This will clarify things for you!!! Basically, this agreement will be brought in piecemeal at different times all overthe country, with perhaps a 3 year gap from first to last,. The only thing we can be sure of is the reduction in your wages .
