Lump Sums

£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Note the saying 'and objectives achieved' --the £1000 .00 is by no means certain, and I suspect like most of the other'bonus schemes introduced over the years, will only ,eventually be paid to a small minority of offices-----

if we are privatised, will the shares still hold good? if values fall over the coming year. what will be the payout then?

No they are not real shares so I would think that any payout due on Colleagueshares would either form part of the transfer to another owner, or more likely IMHO (to try and get us on side) CS would pay out before privatisation though probably at a low offering. There is a chance if the Lib Dems version of Privatisation is implemented (they want 49% owned by the employees) that they could make collaegueshares real shares, but its unlikely as the want to spilt the 4 different businesses and leave only the PO in the Public sector.stokes11eg wrote:if we are privatised, will the shares still hold good?
It will be lower than the current valuation of £516 to be frank they have always been honest with us on this that the value could go down as well as up. Still don't like them though.stokes11eg wrote: values fall over the coming year. what will be the payout then?

Wishful thinking. Everyone will get the £1000 . The joint deployment teams will ensure that.stokes11eg wrote:MMM Still think most folks feel they are definatly going to get the stated sums of ;bonuses' so much can change in such a short space of time!Let's see what happens over the coming months.
The agreement is clear for deliveries £ 200 paid on deployment of first non sequenced revison
The agreement then states that £600 will be to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revison
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the walk sequencing revision has been implemented , and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding period.
So £800 of the lump sum is purely on deployment of the two revisions and £200 will be paid no later than 6 weeks after the bedding in period or sooner if the objectives have been achieved.
So yes the £1000 is guaranteed .

The rewards summary also states that all employees will receive £400 on ratifying the agreement. So forgive us if we have little faith in the agreement dingo...

So we've got CDV's in aready and well up and running. PDA's too. So why haven't we already received our £200?dingo wrote:Wishful thinking. Everyone will get the £1000 . Also our **** of a DOM says we get nothing until we hit the "productivity targets"
We also have the machines arriving very soon. So why are management saying this??

Deployment of a walk sequenced revision is an objective in itself daz and it will not be an easy one to either achieve or agree.Big Daz wrote:Objectives is only mentioned for the last £200 which is also to be paid no later than 6 weeks after implementation of WS revision.
But at least you will have plenty of time to prepare your arguments and counter arguments.
We have picked up the ADVANCE TO GO card as we already have WSM.

And, of course, the everything will change in the telling, with different interpretations given to the ;Agreement'--plus if the company is privatised, all these promises will go with the wind. Let's face it, full implementation across the whole company will not be in place for at least a couple of years, (HA>HA>) we were due to get these machines in nearly 3 years ago, and we are still waiting! Sorry Daz, it's pie in the sky for me.
