Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.

Note the saying 'and objectives achieved' --the £1000 .00 is by no means certain, and I suspect like most of the other'bonus schemes introduced over the years, will only ,eventually be paid to a small minority of offices-----

No they are not real shares so I would think that any payout due on Colleagueshares would either form part of the transfer to another owner, or more likely IMHO (to try and get us on side) CS would pay out before privatisation though probably at a low offering. There is a chance if the Lib Dems version of Privatisation is implemented (they want 49% owned by the employees) that they could make collaegueshares real shares, but its unlikely as the want to spilt the 4 different businesses and leave only the PO in the Public sector.

values fall over the coming year. what will be the payout then?

It will be lower than the current valuation of £516 to be frank they have always been honest with us on this that the value could go down as well as up. Still don't like them though.

So yes the £1000 is guaranteed .

So we've got CDV's in aready and well up and running. PDA's too. So why haven't we already received our £200?
Also our **** of a DOM says we get nothing until we hit the "productivity targets"

Deployment of a walk sequenced revision is an objective in itself daz and it will not be an easy one to either achieve or agree.
But at least you will have plenty of time to prepare your arguments and counter arguments.
We have picked up the ADVANCE TO GO card as we already have WSM.

Yip-that's the point I'm trying to make. It is only payable on certain conditions being met. And the assumption they will be met! If past bonus related schemes are anything to go by, and I've lived through a few now, many folks will get zilch!
And, of course, the everything will change in the telling, with different interpretations given to the ;Agreement'--plus if the company is privatised, all these promises will go with the wind. Let's face it, full implementation across the whole company will not be in place for at least a couple of years, (HA>HA>) we were due to get these machines in nearly 3 years ago, and we are still waiting! Sorry Daz, it's pie in the sky for me.
