Weeks Leave
I need a week off next month and the leave for that week is full. Is there any way I can get round it? If I say I will take it unpaid do they have to let me go?

AFAIK and I may be wrong - No they don't have to accept it if you offer to take it unpaid.iamchopski wrote:I need a week off next month and the leave for that week is full. Is there any way I can get round it? If I say I will take it unpaid do they have to let me go?
The simple solution is to try and find someone willing to swap - I have done it a few times.
